发挥水电在我国南方东西部优势互补中的积极作用

Give Full Play to Hydropower for Complementation of Superiority in Eastern and Western Regions of South China

我国南方东部地区经济比较发达但能源贫乏，西部地区能源丰富但缺乏开发资金。如何优势互补，求得共同繁荣，加速西部地区的发展是值得探讨的问题。本文在前人研究的基础上，从能源储量、输出潜力、开发条件、电源结构等方面分析，认为广东与云南合作开发云南水电取得经济合理的能源，于双方有利，又可促进我国地区经济协调发展，加快水力资源开发，应该克服障碍，大力推进。

In South China, the eastern region is economically well-developed but poor in energy,while the western is rich in energy but lack of fund for development.Analyzing the energy reserves,outgoing potential,development condition and structure of power,this paper points out that in order to gain economical energy and realize the complementation of each other's superiorities.Guangdong should develop the hydropower in Yunnan in cooperation with the local authorities.This will promote the economic development in both regions in a coordinative way and accelerate the development of hydropower.Every possible effort should be made to clear away obstacles and carry the work forward.
