摘要
自马铃著植株上分离得到了烟草坏死病毒(TNV)。在测试的13科53种植物中,能侵染8科34种,但人工接种仅在接种叶上引起局部侵染,未发现其系统侵染寄主。该病毒的钝化温度为78~80℃,稀释限点10^(-5)~10^(-6),体外保毒期27~28天。提纯病毒经紫外吸收测定,最高吸收峰为260 nm,最低吸收峰为245 nm,提纯得毒率为7.8 mg/kg接种叶。病毒粒体球状,直径约28 nm。经免疫琼脂双扩散测定,该病毒与TNV标准抗血清产生明显的反应沉淀线。人工接种该病毒不能侵染马铃薯植株的地上部分。块茎病斑为ABC病的C型症状。感病植株所结块茎仅部分带毒。受侵染块茎下一年可产生病苗。
TNV was isolated from potato plants in potato breeding fields in Northeast Agricultural College. It had a wide host range which included 34 species in 8 families out of 53 species in 13 families but only local infection occurred. The systematic infectious hosts were not found in the tests. The TIP of the virus was 78~80℃, DEP 10^(-5)~10^(-6), LIV 27~28 days. The purified virus had Amax of 260 nm and Amin of 245 nm with its yield of 7.8mg/kg of foliage. In agar double diffusion test the virus reacted with TNV antiserum. The. virus did not infect the above-ground part of potato plants by means of sap-inoculation. Only part of tubers produced by the diseased plant was infected. The diseased tubers could form diseased plants when planted next year.
