摘要
本文以电力系统运行费用最小为目标,围绕抽水蓄能电站日计划调度及可用容量在承担调峰填谷任务与旋转备用任务之间的有利划分问题,应用动态规划,研究建立了抽水蓄能电站与火电站配合运行优化模型及其求解方法,并以一抽水蓄能电站为背景,作了实例分析。
This paper discusses the problems about the daily plan dispatch and capacity division between cutting peak and spinning reserve of a pumped-storage station. The optimal pumped-storage station operation pattern with the object of the minimizing operation cost of the power system is built and a case study is presented.
