摘要
标枪技术实验教学按照“结构-定向”化教学原理,以构建学生完整的标枪技术心理结构为核心,将运动技术的掌握与学生的心理活动紧密结合起来,使动作的掌握有一种预先的心理指向,提高了教学过程的自觉性,减少了教学的盲目性。实验证明:运用“结构-定向”化教学理论组织教学,效果明显优于只注重动作外显模仿形式,而忽视心理活动过程的传统练习方法,加快了教学进度,提高了教学效率。
According to the "Structure- Orientation" theory, the formation of one's psychology is decided on some certain rules of study. During the research on the teaching of the javelin technical skill, the researcher first used the theory mentioned above to form a new model of teaching, which is around the center of interrelated psychology formation and pieces together mental and material activities closely. Experiments demonstrate that it's superior to some other ways and can help decrease time needed to teach and improve the teaching efficiency.
