摘要
本实验确立了一种新的红曲霉色素提取方法:以红曲米为原料,乙醇为提取剂,得到的提取液再以正己烷提取分离。结果表明,此法所得的红曲霉色素是水溶性的,宜于用作食品添加剂。此外,还对影响提取的因素进行了探讨,并提供了最佳提取方案。
A new extraction method of monascouruarin was established by the use of red kojic rice as raw material and ethyl alcohol as an extracting agent. After the extract was collected, it was subject to another extraction and seperation with n-hexane. The monascouruarin produced was water soluble and suitable for food additives. The factors affecting extxaction were also studied and the optimum extracting condition was provided.
