摘要
经硫酸铵盐析沉淀、柱色谱分离纯化得到鸡血清 IgG。然后用木瓜蛋白酶水解IgG,再经 DEAE-纤维素柱色谱纯化制得 IgGFc 重链。继用 IgGFc 重链免疫家兔制备兔抗鸡 IgGFc 重链抗血清。
Immunoglobulin G(IgG)in chicken serum was separated and purified by salting-out of ammonium sulfate and column chromatography.Papainwas used to digest chicken IgG. IgGFc heavy chain was obtained on DEAE-cellulose column chromatography.The prepara- tion of rabbit anti-chicken IgGFc heavy chain antisera was completed after rabbits were im- muned with IgGFc heavy chain.
