摘要
建坝移民是难度较大的工程,举世瞩目的三峡工程库区移民更是如此。移民工程涉及到方方面面的问题,是一项复杂的、庞大的系统工程。由于水库蓄水、移民迁址和经济开发等人类活动与所在的地质条件的反作用发生新的地质现象,有的会对人类生活、生产、环境安全造成影响。因此.人们越来越认识到,库区地质环境的作用对库区人类生存和社会经济发展的相互影响日益加剧。对于库区环境地质问题的研究,必须提到应有的高度。为此,我们对三峡工程库首大平溪流域移民工程环境地质条件,环境容量,资源开发利用,迁建城镇地质环境适宜性,移民安置地质环境保护等进行了较全面地调查研究,本文拟对太平溪流域地质环境容量及开发模式等方面的问题进行探讨,以求共识。
Emigration is a more difficult project due to dam construction;and so it is with TGP. Emigrating engineering is a complicated and great systems engimeering involving all kinds of matters. Some new geologic phenomena will occur due to human being's activities such as reservoir filling,emigrants' removal and economic development etc,and due to reaction of local geologic conditions,some of which will affect human being's living,production environment and safety. People come to realize that effect of gelolgic environment around the reservoir area is taking a turn for the worse day by day on both human being existance,and social and economic development around the said area. Therefore much attetion must be paid to such research on environmental geology around the researvoir area. Thus, we have made a more comprehesive investigation on environmental and geologic conditions,environmental capacity,development and usage of resources,geologic and environmental adaptability of the towns to be set up and protection of the geologic environment in the emigrants' settlement,etc at the Taipingxi reach on head reservoir of TGP. This paper discusses the capacity of geologic environment and a developing mode for the above-said reach.
