外资经济:新民主主义经济理论的重要组成部分

Foreign Capital Economy:An Important Component Of the New Democratic Economy Theory

20世纪40年代中期,毛泽东在构建新民主主义经济理论的过程中,强调了外资经济在战后中国社会经济发展中的重要作用,把外资经济看做新民主主义经济理论不可缺少的一个重要组成部分。但新中国成立前后,由于国际、国内历史环境的变迁以及认识上的变化,毛泽东没有把外资经济纳入新民主主义经济体系之中。尽管新中国成立前后具体的历史条件使毛泽东不可能再提外资经济,但外资经济在新民主主义经济体系中的理论地位是不能被忽视的。

In the middle of 1940＇s, when Mao Zedong put forward the new democratic economy theory, he highly emphasized the foreign capital economy＇s role in the social and economic development in China after war, and regarded the foreign capital economy as an important component of the new democratic economy theory. However, around the founding of New China, Mao Zedong didn＇t put the foreign capital economy into the system of the new democratic economy because of the changing of historical background and people＇s idea. Although the specific historical conditions made it impossible for Mao Zedong to bring up again the foreign capital economy, the theoretical role of the foreign capital economy in the new democratic economy theory couldn＇t be ignored.
