综合疗法治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂16例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Combined Therapy on Complete Rectal Prolapse in Adults： Analysis of 16 Cases

为寻找治疗完全性直肠脱垂的简易疗法，对成人完全性直肠脱垂16例采用1：1消痔灵液直肠黏膜下注射以及坐骨直肠窝和直肠后间隙注射，再配合肛门紧缩术治疗。结果16例中一次性治愈14例，二次治愈2例。随访3年，未见复发。

The therapeutic effect of a simple method for the treatment of complete rectal prolapse in adults was evaluated in the study. Submucosal injection of Xiaozhiling solution（1 ： 1） was given at the rectal mucosa;injection of Xiaozhiling solution（1 ： 1） was given at ischiorectal fassa and retrorectal space,and these injections were accompanied with anus-tightening operation. As results,primary cure was achieved in 14 cases（14/16） ,the rest two cases were cured by the second treatment. Follow up of 3 years found no recurrence.
