铜离子电化学治疗内痔120例疗效观察

The Therapeutic Efficacy of Copper Ion Electrochemotherapy for the Treatment of 120 Patients with Internal Hemorrhoids

为观察铜离子电化学方法治疗各期内痔的临床疗效，对120例各期内痔患者采用铜离子电化学治疗仪进行治疗。总有效率94.2％，其中Ⅰ期内痔100%，Ⅱ期97．1％，Ⅲ期96．3％，Ⅳ期72．3％。对便后出血，痔核脱出，肛门潮湿瘙痒、疼痛、坠胀的临床症状改善率分别为97．3％，87．5％，96．8％，97．9％，92．8％。结果表明，铜离子电化学疗法对Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ期内痔效果较好，操作简便，安全性高。

The therapeutic efficacy of copper ion electrochemotherapy for the treatment of internal hemorrhoids of different stages was investigated. One hundred and twenty cases received such treatment. As resuits,the general effective rate was 94.2%, of which the effective rate of copper ion electrochemotherapy for internal hemorrhoids of stage Ⅰ was 100% ,that of stage Ⅱ was 97.1% ,that of stage Ⅲ was 96.3%, and that of stage Ⅳ was 72.3 %. And the improvement rate of bleeding after defecation, hemorrhoidal prolapse,anal pruritus,pain,and tenesmus sensation was 97.3% ,87.5% ,96.8% ,97.9% and 92.8% respectively. It is showed that copper ion electrochemotherapy is better in therapeutic effecacy, simple in manipulation and better in safety for the treatment of internal hemorrhoids of stage Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ.
