摘要
从区位、资源、政策、环境、技术等方面分析了连云港港口发展的内外因素,认为良好的岸线资源是港口建设和发展的物质基础;优越的区位是港口吞吐量持续增长的货源保障;科学技术是促进港口发展的有效手段;改革开放的政策是推动港口发展的强劲动力;建设友好型环境是对港口发展提出的要求。指出走可持续发展道路,必将使连云港港综合通过能力不断提高,吞吐量持续增长,肩负起时代所赋予的重任。
The internal and external factors that decide the development of Lianyungang Harbor is analyzed in this paper, including its location, resources, policy, environment and technology. The author holds that the excellent shore line resources lay the material foundation for the Harbor＇s construction and development, its advantageous location ensures a steady increase of traffic, science and technology as well as the policy of opening-up and reform can effectively promote its development, and the construction of a friendly environment is the new request posed for the city. The adherence to the road of sustainable development will inevitably upgrade the overall competence of Lianyungang City, increase its traffic and shoulder the responsibilities of time.
