Concerning of the General and Special Characters of Harmonious Cultural

和谐文化在中国特色社会主义先进文化发展史上既有共性,又有个性。其共性在于都是马克思主义指导下的先进文化,都具有先进性、现实时代性、民族性和开放性等。其个性在于和谐文化是与构建社会主义和谐社会相适应的相对独立的文化体系,具体表现在有自身的文化内容、价值取向与发展目标等方面。

Harmonious culture has general and special characters at the development history of Chinese special features socialism . With the instruction of Marxist, all the advanced culture has some general characters such as forerunner, realistic ages, national and open mind etc. Harmonious culture also has some special characters because it is an independent cultural system, adapting to constructing the socialism harmonious society . And it has culture contents, mindset and develop target of itself.
