摘要
构皮滩水电站为目前贵州省内在建的最大水电站,大坝混凝土浇筑需求量310万m3,高峰作业期为3年,高强度的混凝土浇筑施工贯穿始终,即使在夏季高温季节混凝土施工也得照常进行,因此防止构皮滩水电站大坝因温度应力出现危害性裂缝是构皮滩水电站夏季施工的核心技术。为实现高强度快速浇筑,对构皮滩水电站大坝混凝土进行预冷至关重要,需对预冷混凝土的温度控制建立合理完善的制冷系统。本文即介绍构皮滩水电站大坝预冷混凝土的制冷系统。
Goupitan Hydropower Station is the largest one in Guizhou Province, its dam demand concrete ot 3 100 000 m^3. The period of pouring concrete in high intensity is 3 years. Therefore, preventing harm cracks occurring on the dam due to temperature stress is key technology of construction in summer. In order to achieve highintensity rapid pouring, pre-cooling concrete for dam is very important, this need a reasonable and complete refrigeration system. This paper introduces the refrigeration system for dam concrete of Goupitan Hydropower Station.
