血糖范围和蛛网膜下腔出血患者预后关系的研究

Study on the relationship between the prognosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage and the scope of blood glucose

目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者血糖范围与预后的关系。方法选择2003～2006年我院SAH患者62例,在入院第1、3、5、7、10、14天分别检测静脉血糖,以病情的轻重、转归和存活患者的生存质量分组,观察血糖值与它们的关系。结果将血糖控制在4.6～7.8mmol/L时对改善预后是有效的。结论蛛网膜下腔出血患者血糖范围与患者的预后有关。

Objective To observe the relationship between the prognosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage （ SAH ） and the scope of blood glucose. Methods A three - year study included 62 patients with SAH admitted to our hospital from 2003 to 2006. The patients were grouped according to the severity of the patient＇s condition, turnover and the life quality of the survivors. The venous blood glucose was tested on thel, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 14 day after admission, and the relationships between the prognosis and the levels of blood glucose were observed. Results The level of blood glucose in the range of 4.6 - 7.8 mmol/ L can improve the prognosis of the patients with SAH. Conclusion The scope of blood glucose in the patients with SAH is related to the prognosis.
