血必净注射液治疗急性肾衰竭34例疗效观察

Curative effect of Xuebijing in the acute renal failure

目的观察中药血必净注射液(简称血必净)治疗急性肾衰竭(ARF)临床疗效及作用机制。方法将64例急性肾衰竭患者随机分组,Ⅰ组在西医综合治疗基础上加用血必净静脉点滴,Ⅱ组仅采用西医综合治疗。结果Ⅰ组总有效率为91.18%,Ⅱ组为73.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组血肌酐(Scr),尿素氮(BUN)恢复正常时间与Ⅱ组比较,差异有极显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。Ⅰ组少尿总时间、治疗后少尿持续时间、尿蛋白转阴时间及血液透析平均次数,与Ⅱ组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净对于急性肾衰竭具有良好的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect and mechanisms of Xuebijing in the acute renal failure（ ARF）. Methods 64 patients with ARF were randomly divided into two groups： Ⅰ group,34 patients treated with routine treatment and intravenous drip of Xuebijing, and Ⅱ group, 30 patients treated with routine treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91.18% in Ⅰ group and was 73.33% in Ⅱ group, the differences were significant between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in the recovery time of serum creatinine（ Scr） and blood urine nitrogen（ BUN） to normal level between the two groups（ P 〈0.01 ）. There were also significant differences in the total time of oliguria, the duration of oliguria after treatment, the recovery time of the proteinuria to normal level and the average time of blood dialysis between two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Xuebijing is good for the acute renal failure patients.
