双组分注射成型件体积收缩的数值模拟研究

摘要 以ABS为第一次成型的内嵌件材料,PP为第二次成型的外嵌件材料,通过对双组分注射成型的数值模拟,系统研究了熔体注射温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压时间和冷却时间等工艺参数对其平均体积收缩率的影响规律,并基于流变学理论,揭示了其影响机理。结果表明,随着熔体注射温度和模具温度的升高,双组分注射成型制品的体积收缩增加,而随着注射时间、保压时间和冷却时间的增加,其平均体积收缩率减小。 Through numerical simulation on the overmoulding process,the influencing mechanism of melt injection temperature, mold temperature, filling time, packing time, and cooling time on the volumetric shrinkage was studied and explained using rheological theory. It showed that overmoulding volumetric shrinkage increased with increasing melt injection and mold temperature, but reduced with increasing filling time, packing time, and cooling time.
