摘要
将所研制的新型薄膜用含特殊表面活性剂的丙烯酸类无滴涂料通过外喷涂法涂覆于薄膜表面，研究了其防雾滴性能。结果表明，喷涂涂料后，薄膜透光率基本不受影响，雾度从17．3％降到9．45％，接触角由86°降低到30°，润湿性和流滴性能良好。
A new anti-dripping coating for agricultural films was developed, which can be applied on the film by surface spraying. The preparation method of anti-fogging acrylic coating was introduced. The effect of fluorine surfactants on the anti-fogging property was investigated. Using the optimal formulation, the light transmittance of the coated film showed little change while the haze degree decreased from 17.3 % to 9.45 %, the contact angle decreased from 86 ° to 30°.
