摘要 列举了空气弹簧ANSYS仿真过程中存在的一些问题和难点。介绍了EQ6111空气弹簧的结构和材料特点,并针对性地建立了空气弹簧的有限元模型。针对空气弹簧分析过程中所存在的气压载荷问题,采取了多步分析的思路。在此思路的基础之上,采用离散求和法编写胶囊容积计算宏,应用于空气弹簧的垂向和横向静态力学性能分析,并将分析结果与试验结果和前人分析结果进行了比较,取得了较高的模拟分析精度,并且大大提高了仿真过程的连续性和可控制性。 Some problems and difficulties encountered during the ANSYS simulation analysis process were listed. An introduction into the structural and material characteristics of EQ6111 air spring was given and finite element model was built in consequence. Multiple-step analysis ideology was adapted according to the air pressure problem. Based on the multiple-step analysis ideology, scatter sum method was utilized to compile the capsule volume calculating macro. Finally, capsule volume calculating macro was applied to static vertical analysis and static transverse analysis, leading to much more approving results and a much more successive and controllable simulation process.
