摘要 给出了一种能有效求解反应精馏微分代数方程组模型的数值算法。与传统的数值解法不同,本文先将模型化为1指标的微分代数方程组,然后采用变阶变步长的向后差分格式来构造算法。应用本算法对MTBE反应精馏系统进行模拟,所得结果与文献中的实验数据吻合良好,并且计算稳定,速度较快,说明此算法是可靠的。 An efficient numerical algorithm for a differential-algebraic system model of reactive distillation is given. Unlike traditional algorithms, the new algorithm is constructed by reducing the models to differential-algebraic equations with index 1 and using backward differentiation formulae with varable order and step size. A reactive distillation column for the synthesis of MTBE is simulated and the numerical results found to be a good match with data in the literature. It is demonstrated that the computation is stable and faster than traditional algorithms, and that the new algorithm is a reliable method for the simulation of reactive distillation.
