摘要
目的研制符合现代组织行为和人力资源管理理论的医院护士工作绩效评估量表。方法在研究提出的护士工作绩效评估7个因子基础上,编制封闭式问卷,收集162个样本,进行验证性因子分析,得到拟合指标,即量表的有效性指标。结果护士绩效7个因子评估量表的拟合优度2检验为2.630,正态化拟合指数、相对拟合指数、递增拟合指数、比较拟合指数均大于或接近0.90,基本达到了拟合要求。结论探索性因子分析显示,医院护士工作绩效评估量表具有较好的效度,比较稳定、可靠。
Objective To develop the job performance appraisal scale for hospital,which is consistent with modern organizational behaviours and the theories regarding human resource management. Methods Based on the 7 domains of exploratory factor analysis (EFA), a close -ended questionnaire was used and 162 cases of questionnaires were collected. The confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was adopted to test the model. Results Z2 goodness - of - fit test(CMIN/DF) equaled to 2. 630,while normed fit index(NFI) , relative fit index(RFI) ,incremental fit index(IFI) ,comparative fit index(CFI) were near to or more than 0.90,which all met the demands of factor analysis. Conclusion The scale of nurse job performance was proved to have high validity. It is stable and credible.
