摘要
目的探讨不同职称护理人员的职业心理需求及管理对策。方法采用自设问卷对219名护理人员进行调查。结果不同职称护理人员职业心理需求等级比较差异无统计学意义;排在前5位的需求依次为增加收入、工作稳定、改善工作环境和条件、获得进一步学习的机会、职业的发展。结论物质方面的需求是护理人员的首位需求,不同职称的护理人员职业心理需求倾向不同。管理者应针对其需求特点及影响因素,采取有效的管理对策,提高管理效能。
Objective To explore psychological needs of nurses with different professional titles. Methods The data were collected by questionnaires completed by 219 nurses. Results There were no significant differences in needs of nurses with different professional titles. The top five needs were reported as increasing income,working stablility,improving working environment and conditions ,opportunities of further education and career development. Conclusions The material needs reported as Top One by nurses. The nurses having different professional titles are likely to have different occupational and psychological needs. It suggests that we should fully consider the characteristics of these needs and the influencing factors in nursing management to take effective measures and improve the management efficiency.
