摘要
目的调动临床一线护士的积极性,促进专科护理的发展,提高护理质量和管理水平,解决护理部在人员调配方面的难题。方法将临床一线护士在科室所得群体奖金的15.00%实行二次分配,分配后的奖金数与剩余奖金的85.00%由科室护士长领取后,按规定的激励系数在科室内进行分配。结果护理部对护士进行奖金分配调控两年来,得到了全院护士的赞同,促进了专科护理的发展,提高了护理质量。结论实行奖金二次分配对调动护士的工作积极性具有重要作用。
Objective To strengthen clinical staff nurses' initiative in their work,enhance specific nursing development,improve the quality of nursing and management and sort out the difficult problems at aspects of staffing for nursing department. Methods 15.00% of the average bonus in the department gained by the clinical staff nurses was re - assigned. The re - assigned bonus and the 85.00% of the average bonus left were controlled by the nurse administrator in the department,which were given to staff nurses according to the incentive index. Result The nursing department had adjusted bonus assignment of staff nurses for 2 years. All the nurses in the hospital agreed with it and felt satisfied. This strategy facilitates specific nursing development and improves quality of care. Conclusion The re - assignment of bonus plays an important role in strengthening nurse' initiative in their work.
