摘要
目的通过对护患纠纷防范的管理,减少护患纠纷的发生。方法分析和总结急诊科护患纠纷发生的原因及特点,采取有针对性的护患纠纷防范管理方法。结果护士的法律意识、护患纠纷防范意识增强,护患纠纷发生率降低。结论护患纠纷防范管理方法可行,并在临床护理工作中起重要作用。
Objective To reduce nurses - patient conflicts through the relating preventive management. Method The causes and characteristics of nurse - patient conflicts were analyzed and summarized. Then according preventive strategies were carried out by head nurses. Results The consciousness of nurses towards laws and nurse - patient conflicts prevention were strengthened. The rate of nurse - patient conflicts decreased. Conclusion The man- agement strategies for nurse - patient conflict prevention is feasible and gains good results in clinical nursing practice.
