摘要
研究耐高铜离子浓度的嗜酸嗜热菌FD-LH对梅州黄铜矿生物氧化的特性,考察不同温度、pH值、高矿浆浓度对梅州黄铜矿生物氧化速率的影响,并初步研究串级浸矿工艺的浸出特性.结果表明,在70℃,pH值1.5时黄铜矿浸出效果最佳.FD-LH菌具耐高矿浆浓度(15%-20%)的能力.在矿浆浓度15%时,采用分批浸矿工艺,8d铜的浸出率为92.0%;采用串级浸矿工艺,8d铜浸出率高达97.4%.串级浸矿工艺有利于提高铜的浸出速率和浸出率.
The characteristics of bioleaching processes for refractory Meizhou chalcopyrite b); FD - LH strain were studied in this work. The optimal temperature, pH and the high solid concentration influencing the bioleaching rate were studied. The series tests were feasible studied. The optimal temperature of growth and leaching with FD - LH was 70℃ and the optimal pH of leaching was 1.5. The result of the hatch tests showed that it was operating at 15% of solid cone. to attain copper extraction of 92.0% in 8 days while the series tests to attain good copper extraction 97.4% in the sametime. The series leaching system has great significance to improve the hioleaching rate and copper extraction.
