摘要
对国内卷烟厂普遍采用的3种模式流化床梗丝干燥设备的热风系统及其对梗丝质量的影响进行了分析比较。结果表明,热风系统中的进风、回风及其风量调节的装置设置不合理都会导致流化床面或流化床内热风风速不均匀,进而直接影响烘后梗丝含水率的均匀性。通过对热风系统进行合理设置和调整,可减少梗丝含水率的差异,保证烘后梗丝加工质量及稳定性。
The hot air systems in three types of fluidized bed cut stem dryer widely used in Chinese cigarette factories and their effects on the quality of dried cut stem were analyzed and compared. The results showed that uneven air velocity distribution on the surface of or inside the fluidized bed would happen and deteriorate the uniformity of moisture content of dried cut stem in case that the intake and circulation air regulators had not been rightly set. Properly setting the hot air system is essential to reducing the discrepancy of moisture content and ensuring good processing quality and stability of dried cut stem.
