摘要
文章通过粉煤灰预分解矿物在烧结砖焙烧过程中的化学反应过程,并根据粘土烧结制品焙烧理论和矿物生成的高温化学反应的基本原理,从机理上就粉煤灰预分解矿物的节能效应、放热效应和形态节能效应进行了研究,并结合生产实践进行讨论,充分的表明粉煤灰用于生产高掺量粉煤灰烧结砖具有显著的节能效应。
The paper analyzes the chemical decomposition reaction process of fly ash in firing fired brick. And on the basis of the firing theory of fired clay products and the basic theory of chemical reaction in producing mineral at high temperature, the paper researches on the energy-saving and exothermic of the fly ash. Combining in the practical production, the paper shows that the use of fly ash in fired brick can save notable energy.
