发生类坏死的蝌蚪皮肤中碱性磷酸酶的活性变化

摘要 本实验以花蟾蜍后肢芽期的蝌蚪为材料,研究了氨水及醋酸处理引起皮肤细胞发生类坏死后的碱性磷酸酶的活性变化。与正常皮肤相比,发生类坏死后,细胞表面的微绒毛上及细胞间连接复体处的酶活性明显减少;表面细胞与基底细胞及基底细胞间的细胞间隙内,酶活性明显增强,表皮细胞下胶原纤维上的酶活性也显著增加。这些变化在醋酸组稍强于氨水组。笔者认为细胞间隙内及胶原纤维上酶活性的增强可能是皮肤片感受性提高的标志之一。 The Bufo raddei tadpoles at the stage of hindilimb bud were used in this experiment to study the change in alkaline phosphatase activity in the epidermis paranecrosized with 0.001 N ammonia or 0.01N acctic acid.Compared with normal epidermis,the activity of al- kaline phosphatase decreased obviously in the microvilli on the cell surface and in the junctional complex between the superficial cells,and increased in the intercellular space and collagen of the parancerosized epidermis.These changes were stronger in the acetic acid group than in the ammonia one.The increase in alkaline phosphatase activity in the intercellular space and collagen was considered to be one of the indications of the enhanced irritability in the parancerotic epidermis.
