Preparation of new pattern plastic galvanothermy board

研究了热固性不饱和聚酯常温固化制造新型塑料电热板的配方、成型工艺路线与成型条件。结果表明,按本配方及工艺方法设计制作的塑料电热板,具有符合标准、安全可靠、节能、发热均匀稳定,清洗方便,组合灵活等优点。

A new pattern plastic galvanothermy board can be made by solidifying heat set unsaturated polyester resin at normal temperature. The preparation, moulding technics route and moulding conditions of which were studied. The results show that the plastic galvanothermy board made according to this preparation and technics has a serious virtues including in accord with standards, high safety and reliability, energy saving, unirormal and stable heat, convenient washing, etc.
