基于专家权重法确定评价指标的权重具有主观不确定性,而关联-熵权法在确定熵权的决策过程中不需专家组,仅依赖于候选方案的各项指标值即可确定出可信度较高的优选方案,且可操作性较强,因此具有一定的应用价值。

The method of letting experts to determine the weight values of the evaluation index is very subjective and uncertain, so the relation-entropy weight method to determine the weight of entropy and complete decision-making is putting. The new method does not need the expert group in the decision- making process, only depends on the evaluation index of candidate plan to determine an optimal plan and it is easy to apply, thus, the method has certain application value.
