摘要
对ACL TOP全自动血凝分析仪进行全面性能评价,建立优化适用的血凝分析系统。评价结果表明ACL TOP血凝仪具有良好的重复性、稳定性、线性和抗生物性物质干扰能力,与ACL Futura血凝仪常规凝血指标比对结果不理想,需重新建立基于ACL TOP血凝分析系统的项目参考区间。
Evaluates the performance of ACL TOP automatic coagulation analyzer and establishes an optimized coagulation analytical system. The results show that ACL TOP coagulation analyzer has good repeatability, stability, linearity and high capability of anti - interference. However, the results of comparison to ACL FUTURA are not identical. So it is necessary to determine new reference range for tests on ACL TOP coagulation analytical system.
