本文简要介绍了瓦里安2300C/D直线加速器的温控系统及温控系统故障引发的主要联锁与解决方案,并提出几点确保直线加速器温控系统正常运转的可行性建议。
Describes briefly the temperature control system and major interlock of VARIAN 2300C/D linear accelerator as well as the solutions and puts forward some suggestions to ensure the normal operation of the temperature control system in linear accelerator.
