复硝酚钠急性毒性的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Acute Toxicity of Compound Sodium Nitrophenolate

按照GB15670—1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》,分别对大鼠、白兔和豚鼠,进行了复硝酚钠急性经口和经皮毒性试验,眼刺激试验,急性皮肤刺激试验和皮肤变态反应(致敏)试验.结果表明:复硝酚钠对雄性大鼠经口LD50为1 210 mg.kg-1,对雌性大鼠经口LD50为1 000 mg.kg-1.对雄性和雌性大鼠经皮LD50均大于2 050mg.kg-1.对大耳白兔眼刺激试验中呈现无刺激;对豚鼠急性皮肤刺激试验中呈现无刺激;对豚鼠皮肤致敏率强度分级为Ⅰ级.总之复硝酚钠属弱致敏物.

Conducted to study the acute toxicity of compound sodium nitrophenolate. Using rats,white rabbits and guinea pigs as subjects,the skin and eye irritability test, and the dermal delayed hypersensitivity reactions of compound sodium nitrophenolate were based on the national standard GB15670- 1995 toxicological test methods of pesticides for registration. The results show that LD50 of compound sodium nitrophenolate feed on the male rats was 1 210 mg ·kg^-1 ,to female rats was 1 000 mg ·kg^-1 in acute oral toxicities test; LD50 of compound sodium nitrophenolate acute dermal toxicity on the male and female rats both were over 2 050 mg ·kg^-1 ; There. was no irritation in eye irritability tests for white rabbits. There was no skin irritability and the sensitiation degree was grade I in guinea pig. Compound sodium nitrophenolate was a weak sensitizer in this condition.
