摘要
在分析知识管理项目特点和实施失败原因的基础上,依据系统观点,提出知识管理项目实施的CTA/ADI方法,即3个层次:观念、技术)、应用与3个阶段:分析、设计、实施矩阵方法,并概要分析了它在知识管理项目实施中的应用,包括观念分析、观念设计、观念实施、技术分析、技术设计、技术实施、应用分析、应用设计、应用实施。
CTA/ADI methodology of knowledge management projects implementation, i.e. matrix methodology composed of three levels： Concept, technology, application andthree phases： Analysis, design, implementation is addressed on the basis of analyzing the features of knowledge management projects and the reasons of implementation failure and according with system conceptinn. Then the methodology is used to briefly analyze knowledge management projects implementation including concept analysis, concept design, concept implementation, technology analysis, technology design, technology implementation, application analysis, application design and application implementation.
