西北燥证病因病机简析

Analysis on the Pathogenesis of Northwest Dryness Syndrome

目的分析探讨西北燥证的主要致病因素、次要致病因素及机体感受燥邪后的病机转化,为西北燥证主症状筛选与临床分型奠定基础。方法通过研究古代文献、当代论燥的相关文章,并结合新疆特殊的自然气候环境,综合分析西北燥证的病因病机。结果西北燥证的主要病因为燥邪,其次为风、寒、热邪。在社会因素方面,饮食偏嗜及居处环境对燥证的形成也起到一定作用。结论明确西北燥证的病因、病机转化,对西北燥证的防治有重要意义。

Objective： Analyzing and discussing the primary and secondary pathogenesis of Northwest Dryness Syndrome （NDS） and the transformation among them after one＇s body effected by dryness. Methods： Establishing basis for the filtration of main symptoms and clinic classification of Northwest Dryness Syndrome. Results. The primary pathogenesis of Northwest Dryness syndrome is dryness, while wind, coldness, hotness are in the next. In terms of social factor, dietetic habits and the inhabited environment also have a certain effect on the formation of dryness Syndrome. Conclusion. The confirmation of pathogenesis and their transfomation will be significant on the prevention and cure of Northwest Dryness Syndrome.
