摘要
目的探讨骨组织提取的可溶性多肽片段药物谷慷太林注射液对大鼠骨折愈合的影响。方法将48只SD大鼠制成双侧桡骨闭合性骨折模型,随机分为谷慷太林组和模型对照组,术后24h开始给药。分别于给药后第7、14、28、42天处死,对其桡骨骨折端行X线摄片观察、骨密度(BMD)测定及组织学观察。结果X线片示谷慷太林组骨缺损骨小梁多,桥接骨缺损多。谷慷太林组各时段骨密度均高于模型对照组。组织学检查显示谷慷太林组骨性骨痂多,软骨性骨痂少,骨痂改建塑形和临床愈合快,优于模型对照组。结论谷慷太林注射液具有明显促进骨折愈合的作用。
Objective: To explore the effects of soluble multi-peptide agent, marked "Gu Kang Tai Lin", derived from bone tissue on rat bone fracture healing. Methods: Radius fracture of 48 female rats were produced. Then they were divided randomly into 2 groups: Gu Kang Tai Lin group and Model group. After 24 th hours of operation they were intramuscularly injected medicine. Six rats in each group were killed on the 7, 14, 28, 42 th day after operation to observe the radiographic findings,bone mineral density (BMD) measurements and histological changes of the fractural ends. Results: Radiographic findings,bone mineral density (BMD) measurements and histological changes of the fractural ends in group with Gu Kang Tai Lin injection were better than those in model group. Conclusions: The "Gu Kang Tai Lin" injection strongly accelerate rat fracture healing and improve the quality of healing.
