在PDM中实现工艺更改过程管理

Implementation of Process Change Management in PDM

针对工艺设计中更改活动的原因及特点,分析了工艺更改管理中普遍存在的问题,结合军工制造企业研制生产的特点,研究了基于工作流理念建立工艺更改过程的建模方法与控制方法,提出一种基于产品数据管理(PDM)进行工艺更改过程管理的方案。在PDM软件——Team Center Engineering系统中建立了支持工作流的工艺更改过程模型,实现了工艺更改过程的自动运行,同时,通过PDM系统能对工艺更改流程和更改文档进行有效的控制和管理。

According to the reasons and features of changes in process planning, the problems in the process change management are analyzed. According to the characteristics of military enterprise, methods for modeling and controlling process change based on workflow are studied, and a method of process change management based on product data management （PDM） is addressed. The model of process change is established in Team Center Engineering,a PDM software system. And an automatic running of process change is implemented. In addition, the flow of process change and the document of change can be controlled and managed effectively by the PDM system.
