摘要
在pH7.0~8.2和25℃下,用分光光度法研究了两种带冠醚环或吗啉环的Schiff碱钴(Ⅱ)配合物COL^1和COL^2,作为模拟水解金属酶,对羧酸酯水解的催化作用.通过对水解反应体系的特性吸收光谱的分析,提出了PNPP的催化水解的机理,并在此机理上建立了PNPP催化水解的动力学数学模型.讨论了两种Co(Ⅱ)配合物催化水解PNPP的性能,动力学和反应机理.
Complexes of the Sehiff base with morpholino or aza-crown pendants, CoL^1 and CoL^2, as mimic hydrolytic metalloenzyme, were used in catalytic hydrolysis of earboxylie ester (PNPP) at pH7.0-8.2 and 25℃ . The mechanism of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis has been proposed based on the analytic result of specific absorption spectrum of reaction systems. A kinetic mathematical model, applied to the calculation of the kinetic parameter of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis, has been established based on the mechanism proposed. In this paper, the function, kinetics and mechanism of PNPP hydrolysis catalyzed by the two cobalt ( Ⅱ ) complexes have also been discussed.
