摘要
在设计型实验中,以搬运工件机械手为研究对象,根据其工作原理,设计了一个液压系统。采用可编程控制器(PLC)对其液压系统进行程序控制,实现系统的智能化和柔性化。对系统的工作原理、液压驱动和PLC控制方案等进行了较为详尽的论述。
In the design experiment, taking manipulator that transports the work as the object of study, according to its principle of work, a hydraulic system has designed, and used programmable controller (PLC) to carry on the sequential control to its hydraulic system, realized system intellectualization and the flexibility. Aspected of system principle of work, hydraulic pressure actuation and PLC control plan so on have carried on a more exhaustive elaboration.
