基于寻租行为的政府投资项目代建制下三方博弈分析

Trilateral Game Analysis on Rent-seeking Activities of Government Investment Projects under Agent System

在分析项目代建制模式下,项目业主、代建方和承建方三者相互关系的基础上,根据公共寻租理论,运用博弈论的方法建立了政府投资项目代建制下三方博弈的博弈模型。通过对博弈均衡的分析,对防止代建制下寻租行为提出了政策建议。

With the analysis of the interrelationshipamong the owner, the agent and the contractor are established a trilateral game model based on principal-rent theory. On the basis of the Nash equilibrium analysis, the suggestions on the policy for preventing the rent-seeking activities possibly occurred under the agent system for the project is put forward herein.
