摘要
针对SH-350型试样分划器存在的顶尖座不易固定,试样不易夹紧,刻线精度低的弊端,本文对其进行了分析并提出改进方案:将顶尖座由板槽与杆件固定改为采用导轨、镶条及紧固螺钉固定;将试样由一个人用手推顶尖座,一个人旋转杆件上的压紧螺钉压紧顶尖座的夹紧改为一个人就可采用压杆、拔叉、槽轮、弹簧等构件及压杆拔叉机构夹紧。改进后的试样分划器结构合理、操作方便、简捷、夹持试样牢固可靠、刻线精度高。
This paper makes an analysis of some shortcomings of the SH-350 lineation-device in laboratory test, such as finial-seat being difficult to immobility, speciment difficult to clamp and the nick precision low, and gives solutions for improvement as follows: the immobility of finial-seat is changed into guide, inlay piece and fasten way of screw from the original board-trough and pole way; the clamping system of the lineation-device, which was operated by two workers, is now simplified to the single operation mode. The structure of improved device is reasonable, simple, swift and convenient, and it is also easy to grasp firmly, and make the nick high in precision.
