摘要
川中秋林轻烃回收装置在2002年8月22日试生产初期,多次发生冰堵现象,严重制约了装置的正常生产。通过对该装置运行状况以及存在的问题详细分析,从分子筛干燥器的再生流程、再生温度、再生气流量、切换周期等方面进行改进,彻底解决了冰堵现象,取得了良好的效果。
For the light hydrocarbon recovery unit at Qiulin, ice jam has occurred many times since August 22, 2002 and has bought many troubles to normal production. After careful analysis of the operation conditions and the existed problems, improvement was obtained by adjusting the molecular sieve regenerated flow diagram, regenerated temperature, regenerated flow and switch cycle. As a result, the ice jam phenomenon was eliminated.
