摘要
对香菇木屑菌糠中的纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、α-半乳糖苷酶、果胶酶、蛋白酶的活性进行研究。结果表明,纤维素酶和木聚糖酶的活性分别为16.56IU和13.86IU,α-半乳糖苷酶和果胶酶的活性较低,蛋白酶则没有活性。
The activity of cellulase,xylanase,α-galactosidase,pectase and proteinase in cultural residue of Lentinus edodes was studied.The results indicated that the activity of cellulase and xylanase was 16.56 IU and 13.86 IU ,the activity of α-galactosidase and pectase was low,and proteinase had no activity.
