摘要 苏氨酸通常是猪的第二或第三限制性氨基酸,对其生长具有重要作用。猪日粮中添加合成苏氨酸,可提高其生产性能,节约日粮蛋白质,增加养猪效益。本文综述了苏氨酸的理化性质、生物学功能,并介绍了苏氨酸在猪生产中的应用和猪对其需要量及其影响因素。 Threonine is the second or third limited amino acid for swine.The addition of synthetical threonine to swine diet can improve growth performance ,decrease the supplementation of protein in diet and increase the benefits of pig production.The objective of this article was to discuss the physicochemical characterization, biological function of threonine,and the application of threonine in swine industry,the requirement of threonine and factors influencing the use of threonine for swine were also discussed.
