摘要
跨国饭店市场进入方式的选择是在众多影响因素的约束下,跨国饭店集团和东道国通过对各自面临的风险与收益的权衡,以及最终双方讨价还价的博弈结果。这一结果会随着投资的区域环境和跨国饭店自身情况而表现出空间上的差异,并随双方力量的对比变化而做动态调整。双方在决策时应兼顾对方利益所在,力争取得双赢。
Selection of market access mode of multinational hotels is the result of the weighing between risk and benefit on the part of multinational hotel groups and host institutions and bargains with each other under the constraint of lots of factors. The result is manifested by space difference with investment environment and the conditions of multinational hotels. Dynamic adjustment will be made with the change of power contrast from both sides. Both sides should take into account the benefits of other side in order to achieve win - win.
