该文简要回顾了科达院生产与质量管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了构建生产流程与质量管理一体化平台的理念、构思和基本框架,总结了一体化平台在设计中的应用情况,以期进一步提高生产与质量管理的效率。

The article briefly reviews the present situation and existing problems of the production and quality management in a design institute, puts forward the idea, conception and basic frame to build the integrating platform of production technological process and quality management, and sums up the applications of the integrating platform in the design so as to further enhance the efficiencies of the production and quality management.
