Through the investigation of the intake permission management of the own water source, the article introduces the achievements of the intake permission management in Liaoning Province. On the basis of seriously summing-up the experience, the article points out the existing problems and puts forward the management measures continuously to perfect the supervision, and actively advances the suggestions and measures to take the implementation of the intake permission system as the core for the unified management of the water resource.
