For most Chinese enterprises and residents, FX risk is still a rarely-mentioned topic. Centering on risk control of FX transactions, this paper elaborates on the cause and identification of FX transactions＇ risk, goals and principles of risk control, and in particular, strategies for FX transactions risk controlling, which include internal risk management and the application of financial derivatives.
