摘要
提出一种基于级联多电平结构,具有自平衡能力的电子电力变压器(A-EPT),其高压侧采用单相全桥级联技术,低压侧采用交错并联技术,并根据其结构特点提出一种简单有效的控制方案。在该控制方案中,通过采用载波移相技术提高了等效开关频率和输入性能;通过引入相移补偿信号,避免了级联模块间的直流电压不平衡问题。对所提出的A-EPT进行建模和仿真,并与常规变压器的运行状况进行对比分析。仿真结果表明:A-EPT能够很好地实现当变压器任何一侧系统出现电压或电流不平衡时,另一侧系统仍然能够自动保持本侧系统的电压或电流平衡,并且调节过程短,比常规变压器具有更好的性能。
A novel auto-balancing electronic power transformer(A-EPT) based on cascaded-multilevel converters was proposed. In the proposed A-EPT, the cascaded- multilevel converters were used for the high voltage stage, the interleaving parallel technology was adopted for the low voltage stage, and a simple effective control method was designed. /n the proposed control scheme, the triangle carrier phase-shifted technique was used to obtain the high equivalent switching frequency and good input characteristic, and the corrected phase-shifted signals were introduced to achieve direct current(DC) capacitor voltage balance. Computer simulations were performed to verify the performance of the proposed A-EPT. The simulation results show that the proposed A-EPT can keep the system auto-balancing with fast regulation, and has much better performances than conventional power transformer.
