温度和保存时间对腹水腺苷脱氨酶测定结果的影响

摘要 目的研究不同保存时间和不同保存温度对腺苷脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)活性的影响。方法收集10例结核性腹水、6例恶性腹水和6例肝硬化腹水标本,1h内测定结果为金标准,分别在第1,2,3,7,10d对保存在4℃和-20℃的同一标本进行ADA活性检测,比较差异和相关性。结果相同时间,不同温度下ADA的测定结果无统计学差异(P>0.05),不同条件下ADA活性与1h内ADA活性差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05),4℃和-20℃条件下保存的腹水样本,第10天ADA活性与1h ADA活性的相关性小于90%,其他均高于90%。结论腹水样本收集后应放置于4℃或者-20℃,10d内进行ADA活性测定。
