氯己定醇消毒液杀菌效果与毒性试验观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的氯己定醇消毒液以醋酸氯己定和乙醇为主要杀菌成分,了解其杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法进行了试验观察。结果以含醋酸氯己定2600 mg/L和70%乙醇组成的氯己定醇消毒液原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌作用0.5 min杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用0.5 min杀灭对数值>4.00。用该消毒剂原液擦拭消毒并作用1 min,对前臂内侧皮肤和手上的自然菌平均杀灭对数值均≥1.00。该消毒剂急性经口毒性试验,对大鼠和小鼠LD50均>5000 mg/kg(体重),属实际无毒;其原液对家兔皮肤无刺激性和弱致敏性。亚急性毒性试验结果无阳性体征,各种血液学指标均为阴性。结论氯己定醇消毒剂杀菌效果较好,动物试验属无毒级物质。 Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and disifection - related properties of chlorhexidine alcohol disinfection solution containing chlorhexidine acetate and ethanol as its main germicidal ingredients. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to carry out experimental observation. Results The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the stock solution of chlorhexidine alcohol disinfection solution containing chlorhexidine acetate 2600 mg/L and 70% ethanol for 0.5 min were 〉 5.00 and that of Candida albicans exposed for 0.5 min was 〉 4.00. The average killing logarithm value of the natural bacteria on skin of medial side of forearm and hand wiped with the stock solution of the disinfection solution for 1 min was ≥ 1.00. The acute oral toxicity test of the disinfection solution showed that its LD50 in both rats and mice was 〉 5000 mg/kg (body weight) which is practically non -toxic. Its stock solution was non -irritating to rabbit skin and had weak sensitizing effect. Subacute toxicity test result showed that it didi not induce positive sign and the hematological indexes were negative. Conclusion Chlorhexidine alcohol disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy and belongs to non- toxic substance in animal test.
